Terms of Service for WordFlow

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WordFlow application provided by Moonslide Inc., you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

WordFlow, a service by Moonslide Inc., provides a platform to aid users in vocabulary learning and priming based on selected books.

3. Registration

By registering and using WordFlow, users agree to provide accurate and complete information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. Upon registration, users will be automatically subscribed to our newsletter and promotional emails. By agreeing to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, you understand and give consent to be enrolled in our email communications. Users can opt out of these communications at any time by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link provided in our emails.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the WordFlow services, including but not limited to:

• Distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempting to access unauthorized areas or data.
• Interfering with the service's functionality, servers, or networks.
• Using automated systems, such as "scrapers," to collect information from WordFlow without Moonslide Inc.’s explicit written consent.

5. Payments

User agrees to pay any fees associated with premium features or services within WordFlow. All transactions are processed through Stripe and Moonslide Inc does not store any credit card details.

6. Termination

Moonslide Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend users' access to the WordFlow service for any violation of these ToS without notice.

7. Modifications to Service

Moonslide Inc. may periodically modify or discontinue features of WordFlow, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. Moonslide Inc. shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WordFlow are the property of Moonslide Inc., and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent and trade secret laws.

9. Disclaimers

WordFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Moonslide Inc does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonslide Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental special consequential punitive damages or any loss arising from use of WordFlow.

11.Governing Law

These ToS are governed by and construed in accordance with laws state Delaware without regard conflict law provisions.

12. Changes to ToS

Moonslide Inc. may update these ToS from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and users are encouraged to review the ToS periodically.
